Myself as a system support engineer I gave support to the US UK customer over the remotely and as while installing any Mcafee related software sometime it through the errors as even their tech support were unable to solve and at last they escalate the case and make delay leads to refund processing. Please make your support engineer aware about to solve the all possible related error solutions. At last as an engineer we have to dispose the case as a Unresolved where leads to waste of time with no productivity. I suggest use any software available other then Mcafee or MS surity essential as all antivirus almost share similar database to scan viruses worms trojans ransomewares etc.
