My parent’s memory of McDonald’s food back then was how full of flavor, hot and delicious it was. Their best feature at that time was their Milkshakes. Their burgers and fries appear to be served straight out of the grill. There service was quick and polite. While they were recalling this, I thought to myself, are we talking about the same place?
The food is rather disgusting. Their hamburgers have less than half of the meat at other fast food restaurants. If you order cheese on it don’t be surprised if the cheese is not even melted. The bun is always VERY flat, like someone smashed it between there hands.
Their fries used to be my favorite fries. They were always hot, crispy, and fresh tasting. Seems to me they now use different products than what I’m used to having. Now they are soggy and most of the time not even fully cooked.
I have never gotten good service at McDonald’s. The wait is long and food is left sitting there making meal cold. At the McDonald’s around here if you expect to go thru the drive-up you can forget it. I don’t know whom the dumb person was but you can’t even get into the parking lot if you want to use the drive-thru. Also, Forget it if you want something taken off. They always forget to take it off and you will end either taking it off yourself or taking it back to get what you wanted.
