My two year old granddaughter loves to go to McDonalds. Her favorite food is (yep, you guessed right)the French Fries, covered with capitch, as she calls ketchup.
Usually, we have to restrict her fries until she eats her hamburger or chicken nuggets.
After eating, she delights in playing on the McDonaldland play area.
Being a few years older than my granddaughter, I am not quite as enthusiastic about the restaurant. I have found, although that the quality of food differs between restaurants.
We found a really great McDonalds in Fayetteville Arkansas, while on vacation. They served the best burgers we have eaten in a long time, and the restaurant was super clean. The staff was very friendly and cooperative.
Generally though, I find McDonalds to serve average food, sometimes better than others. The restaurants offer a convenient, pleasant place to eat when you are in a hurry. They are family friendly, with an emphasis on pleasing children. The food is inexpensive and usually quite palatable.
The menu offers a range of several different types of hamburgers, cheeseburgers and chicken. French fries, salads and fried pies. Most people can find something they enjoy eating. Beverages include, soft drinks, tea, coffee, milk and orange juice.
One McDonalds, in Oklahoma City, has a jukebox from which you can select tunes from the fifties and sixties to listen to while you eat.
As fast food restaurants go, McDonalds is tops. If you are in a hurry or want an economical meal, or if you want to please the kiddies, drive in at the Golden Arches.
