Why on earth would you want to eat here

I have just finished watching a movie called Super Size Me, a documentry about a man that eats all three meals a day at McDonalds for one month in a row. He weighs 185 pounds at the beginning and gets up to 210 by the end of the month. He has chest pains, trouble breathing and liver problems. On the second day of the diet, he vomits his lunch out the car window because he overeats. As the facts are laid out, I realized how disgusting McDonalds food really is. The patty of the hamburger is heavily processed. The patty doesn’t come from one cow, but can have parts from thousands of cows. It is stated in the movie that as many as 100, 000 are living squeezed together before slaughter. The pattys are frozen, put on those 18 wheeler McDonald trucks you see on the highway and shipped out to various parts of the country. The patty and for that matter everything inside a McDonalds has been sitting in the wrapper for months before you consume it. McDonalds is a large corparation, they didn’t care about your health, they only look for ways to cost cut using only the cheapest ingrediants possible. Even their new salads have almost as much fat as their burgers. When you think You have eaten something that tastes good, you haven’t tasted something that actually tastes good for its natural flavor, you are tasting the 100s of harmful chemicals that are injected into the food to make it taste great.

Mcdonalds, taco bell, carl’s jr., burger king, kfc all follow the same practices. They make their food addictive like cocaine or cigerettes. You keep coming back for more. Nutritionists say that you shouldn’t even eat fast food more than twice a month. For the sake of your health avoid this palce at all costs.
