Today I want to write a review on "McDonald’s, Secunderabad".On the eve of Christmas, i visited it with my friends.We all ordered, one chicken burger and one coke each.Each burger cost is Rs.110/-.Service is not good.Plenty of customers are there but only two counters are available.We waited for a long time at the counter.Customer service is not good.They didn’t even respond properly to the customers.After I ordered items, they take some more extra time.Only self service.They don’t pass orders to the respective tables.My ordered burger was not tasty and not hot.It’s totally tasted like bun.I really dissatisfied with the food and disappointed on Christmas.
Overall Experience:
1.Good Ambience And well maintainance.
2.Service is not good.
3.Food is worst.
4.Don’t value for money.
