It appears cheap but the cost after long while is to your health. its very high fat, has no real food value. if you adopt a diet that has veggies and fruit, whole grains, you will be repelled by the lifeless, rubbery, poor excuse for food that mcdonalds serves. in hawaii they serve saimin and portugese sausage and now chicken and rice. still, its junk! the shakes are supposedly made of lowfat yogurt and they are ok.
