Today we had breakfast at Pitampura’s Mcdonalds and it was an amazing experience. The morning hours are rush hours and we were grappling for the time so we decided to take the breakfast outside, since we were passing through this location so decided to try out few bites here. My earlier experience was not good as they had given me stale bread and I had already escalated this to them, so immediately they saw and recognized me. they took my order in priority and have given another burger as a complimentary.
This time they had kept the place neat and clean as well as the staff was in proper dress. Honestly speaking they had worked on all the aspects where we had given them the feedback. This time the experience was supreme.
