I personally worked in McDonald’s mulund west for about 3 months, and I was really impressed with standards and attitude of the organization towards maintaining clean environment for customers and providing fresh food to them. there were strict rules for handling and cooking eatables. like even where there is no customer to watch us we were strictly asked to wear gloves etc before handling food.
There was time assigned for every product after which if the product is fried or cooked and no one buys that, that had to be thrown away. these are only the few things I mentioned above. so all in all I m really satisfied with the quality of food from mcdonalds
