I am not a huge fan of mc d burgers but still yesterday I went to ambiance mall so there I saw mc donalds. I go there to try their new veg and nonveg wraps. The order counter was so thirty I told the staff member but she ignored . After that I place my order I ordered 1 egg wrap and 1 grilled chicken wrap. She told me the amount I gave my debit card to which she replied this is the machine do it by yourself . I was strange with behaviour but still I ignored . I was little bit confused whether I have to swipe my card or just insert my card to that machine. First I tried swapping and she suddenly take my debit from my hand without asking and then she insert it in the machine. After that I got my order I went to the table for eating I opened my first wrap and its was a veg allu wrap . I was shocked at that time I immediately went to counter and tell her that I orders a egg and chicken wrap. Initially she did not respond to my question and call her manager . That guy came and initially he was searching something about my order in their system and after few minutes told me that I will cancl your order and your money will be refunded after 60 days. And we cant give u egg wrap now. So I said its ok give me the veg wrap I cant wait for 60 days. Then after few minutes he gave me egg wrap. I dont know what they are upto . And even the wraps also not good in taste and in very less quantity. Very bad experience with this mcd . Not satisfy at all.
