I have to admit I am a big Mcdonalds fan. I have been going here for years and everytime I have a burger or whatever, it does have a special taste of its own.
All you can really buy here is burgers for the main meal. However there was filet o fish, but i’ve not seem that advertised here in a long time. There is chicken nuggets too.
The burgers come in various different ways - Big Mac, Quater Pounder, Mcchicken sandwich, Hamburger, Cheeseburger and the occasional specials - Mctriple a hamburger with 3 bits of burger in it, Mcdouble - a hamburger with 2 burgers in it. There has just been a curry burger promotion on. Over the 3 weeks you could choose from Lamb rogan Josh, Chicken Tikka or Chicken Korma burgers.
There are meals available. The regular version comes with medium fries and juice for £2.99, the large with large fries and juice for £3.29 and the new super size with super size fries and juice for £3.49. You can also choose wheather to have a Big Mac - a double decker burger with salad, mayo and cheese, a Quater pounder, a Mcchicken sandwich - a piece of chicken in a bun with salad, 2 Cheeseburgers, or any special burgers as your meal.
For the kids there is the Happy Meal. This consists of small fries, small juice and either a hamburger, cheeseburger or 4 chicken nuggets. Also included in the price is a toy. These meals cost £1.99.
For desserts there are Mcflurry’s - an ice cream in a tub with either smarties, dairy milk or crunchie pieces mixed through it for 99p, an Apple Pie for 70p, an Ice Cream Cone with a chocolate flake for 45p or doughnut for 60p. The doughnuts are sugar, cinnemon and chocolate.
The juice is either Irn Bru, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite or Fanta. Prices are 70p, 80p 90p and £1.00.
Fries come in the 4 different sizes I mentioned earlier. These cost 59p, 79p, 99p, and £1.09.
I do like to eat here, but the price you pay for a meal you would be cheaper going to a chip shop or a supermarket and buying something more filling. It is worth the money though as the food tastes great!
