I have had many bad experiences in McDonalds located in pvr vikaspuri. the staff does not keep the restaurant clean at all. its dirty all the times with sticky floor and food waste on the ground. the staff is not trained properly. if you order same items two times you get different fillings in both. it depends on the mood of the person who is preparing your meal as to what that person wants to put in your food. the people at cash counter are not at all friendly. if you go and complain to them they start fighting with you and the manager just stands there and does nothing. overall ill mannered customer service, food and presentation is poor and ambience is really bad.
