MCent browser was installed in my app as I have got an referral link but after installing the app I found to be very ineffective and it consumes huge space of my phone. The browser gives an option only to recharge any mobile and there is no other redemption option. If we accumulate 1000 points we can transfer to our account and minimum recharge value is Rs 10. I recharge an Airtel number after completing my offer but after doing so I got an message from mcent as recharge successful but I got an message in my airtel mobile as recharge is failed. I have contacted the support team via mail but even after 1 month there is no response or any reply email from them. The customer service part is not acceptable and they simply gain from the Ads shown in browser. The phone browsing speed becomes slow because of the ads shown when we browse and its frustrating that an ad is displayed below the task bar and we can not remove it. After completing 1000 points, the accumulation of points also becomes slow. I would not recommend this browser and its better we choose other browsers which have a good internet access.
