I had sent rakhi thru your courier service to Hyd and Kolkota on Friday 31st July -Airway Bill No. 32876 & 32875. I was told that it will reach by Monday.
When I called up at 9822743378 on Tuesday, the lady at the other end said ’it will reach today’. It did reach Kolkota but Hyd packet was still missing. On the rakhi day, 5th Aug, I called her up again at 11:30 AM, but she said she is at home still and will find out the status and let me know once she reaches office.
When I dint get a response from the lady through out the day and the courier hadn’t reached the concerned person till the next day (6th Aug) too,
I called her up again and the kind of response I got from her was not expected from a responsible person!! Moreover my call was cut TWICE!After getting such a response I called up at 02040072650 to register my complaint. A gentleman picked up and said I have to talk to the same lady as she is the boss there. After insisting her took my details, but before I could ask for his name he cut my call.
My main objective was to send rakhi latest by Raksha bandhan day, but that was missed due to their BAD SERVICE!!I do not recommend this courier service to anyone!!
