Very good service. With a pleasant smile.
Good location. Walking distance to Botanical garden. Is located on Charring cross.
Clean and good rooms. Three kind of rooms are available. We took the intermediate ones.
Hotel arranged tours available.
CONS
A bit costly.
Food in the restaurant is not very good but sadly the options outside the hotel are also very less.
Their pamphlet said that they charge extra Rs.300 for a room heater even though we did not need it. If possible, negotiate.
They give complementary breakfast with some room packages. We got it even though it was not included in our fare. You can order anything from the menu but after a point they are not receptive to your orders considering that it is complimentary. Could have been better if they had arranged for a buffet.
