I have purchased the Mealthy Multipot 9-in-1 programmable pressure cooker on 24th June 2020 online directly from the company Gristle India Private Limited of 6 litre capacity. It has reached me on 28th June. Before starting I did the water test as per manual for usage and during that the LID error was coming many times and I have tried many times. The next day I telephoned and email to the company, they said its a minor error and they will guide me on video call how to open it from bottom and cut the wire so that the error will disappear. I said them replace it with new unit. On 1st July 2020 they have picked up the faulty unit and then said they will replace it with new unit. Till date they have not dispatched the new unit and when I ask for the status on their Whatsapp helpline they answer "we will dispatch tomorrow and give you tracking id ". But till date after 9 days they have not dispatched. It’’’’s a poor customer care company.
