From 2009 September to September 2012 is approaching what we do ? My dear investors of City Limousine Pvt. Ltd. what we are experiencing here. The Environment is not only polluted but the judicial system of India is also getting abolish under the bureaucratic and bloody politicians. They are almost influence the judicial system here in India. After the company is liquidated the liquidizer still receiving the claims almost for 2 years. He cant do any thing because the politicians involved also made him pressure.
From the independence of India so many scams are there and in the present Government in day light the Government is playing with humans by violating the rights of humans openly . Here in India there is nothing-in Indian law to control it. In every month there is a scam from Government so who is going to care for the private company scams. Please its the time no raise your heads and start to protest and revolting is near to begin so teach your child’s to give regards to the politicians and now a days NETAs.
Start a signature really of every investors and forward it to the Chief Justice India and Mumbai for early close of the liquidation so at least the prefence share holders can get a little from their investment. What about the fix-diposite with the City Co-Op. Credit C0-Op. Bank its under control of Maharashtra Government Directly . Rs. 30, 000/- for each investment is with Maharashtra Government and let the Government pays it to the investors. A new petition may be moved before the High Court against the Maharashtra Government so it may be helpful.
I know the situations of every investors so neither we have hope nor we have money to fight. If every investors consent and signature collected e can move it to the legal aid section of Judicial system.
