Finding fault to reject claim is their only motto

I find that many companies opt this TPA as its cheaper. Their representatives will speak in different tone with respect to HR or employee whom they are speaking to. They just find reasons to reject claim. I advice everyone to opt for personal insurance instead of organisation provided but never go with medi assist. My doctor has also told me that this worst TPA she has faced even after providing proper response to their queries. I think people especially doctors working for medi asssist get hike or commission based on the rejection they do to save money so they will to any extent by giving vague reasons. Never depend on this product. Go for personal medical insurance somewhere else.
