In my previous organization our Health insurance was taken care by Mediassist.
I am sharing my galling experience with you
Last year on 15th NovI had claimed hospitalization bill, I sent all my hospitalization documents to mediassidt.on 25th I got news from HR that this TPA are going to change in next cycle from 31st Dec.
For 10 days they did not updated any status of my claim, than I called Mediassist help desk for status.they told your claim is in process it will take one week to approve, .than again I called up on 2nd Dec he told your claim can not be proceed because you are policy has been expired.
Than I escalated to next level than my claim was settled after 15 days.
Very bad service I have ever expirianced
