Dear all, This is my personal experience. Very Poor service from Cochin Office . My claim is not settled for last 2 months. Cochin Front office staff is atleast not giving a chance to talk to the Manager or any higher offices. Dont Trust Medi Assistant . Really a worst firm giving no values to customers and undelay and not getting the claim settlements. Share to all your friends and relatives .
