I would never recommend buying any medical insurance policy serviced by Mediassist TPA as they have the worst ever team I have experienced taking care of all cashless and reimbursement cases. The only positive thing was that when I escalated the matter to their CEO Vikram Chhatwal, it then only took up speed and got it reimbursed within a week’s time. I am having a policy for my parents and my mother went thru a minor surgery for her Breast Cancer treatment and Mediassist made our life hell by raising the same queries again n again even after submitting the docs to them. Please be aware and take your own decision while buying the policy from them.
