Policy to extract premium but never honor claim.

They have the worst policies in industry. For COVID, ICMR has given clear guidelines of acceptable result from RAT tests but they insist on RTPCR everytime. Who the hell during the second wave had time and availability in diagnosing centres to do RTPCR. But they are insisting that you must have RTPCR report only. This is to ensure they do not have to honor claims by policy subscribers. These are the tactics to make money and then claim as if they are the best provider. Their own app was not able to get the RTPCR done in time without wait. They don’t even recognise and follow India’s ICMR guidelines but focussed only on money making by not honouring claims to save their money.


Shame on You Medi Assist. You are worst service provider.
