The person in charge is my biggest con. he has no idea how to treat people this comes in the form of late pay chacks ignored emails snide comments made when you are not in the room condescending speeches and so much more. whats horrible is maybe if he reall learned how to treat his team, he would be able to keep employees for longer than a few months. There are a few other cons. it’s a small firm but there is no hands on teaching.
