I have been using this soap from 15 years and I have shifted to other brand.When I started using it as kid it used to last 30-35 days for me alone.
It was a boon in those days for me tried most things but nothing worked except medimix. I know importance of the soap when I visit any place without this soap for few days immediately I have few pimples on my face.
I thank god that I was growing up at a time when INDIA was not as capitalist as it is now.
I am a pro capitalist but when I look back now I understand what we are leaving behind for next generation. Now the same soap lasts for three months to me with harmful chemicals added to substitute natural ingredients for saving cost.
The soap has slowly deteriorated in quality over the years after cholayil took over I can see huge difference in the appearance of the soap but smell remains same.
While shifting I tried pitanjali neem soap and cinthol classic only soap other than medmix which has quality.
Pitanjali soap nothing special infact none of their product are they do sell some good stuff but most are chemical laden as you get in the market without any R&D done on their effects.
Godrej has also changed their ingredients in Cinthol classic but they look mild upon inspection on the site below.
Now the brand:) I have shifted is home made with neem leaves, orange peel, coconut oil, alovera juice and besan not as good as old medimix but I do not get pimples with these.
