Very bad experience

They take payment. But don’t inform customer that product is not available. There senior executive told me that only medicine is urgent, baby diaper is not urget product. They are not sure when they will arrange and deliver the product. Again and again same problem. They even don’t notify if the product is out of stock. They always shows products in stock.
