I have very bad experience with Medlife. I ordered the medicine after uploading the prescription, spoke to the pharmacist. Made the payment immeditely for the total amount after discount through the link received by Medlife SMS. I received the SMS stating that order will be delivered within 48 hours. I again called up pharmacist after 24 hours just to make sure that my medicines will be delivered as per schedule. but after 36 hours, I received SMS saying that 2 Nos of medicines are not available with them so please modify the order. I was shocked. I spoke to the Medlife helplineto discuss. they were very very adamant.My points 1) how you took the payment when the medicines are not available? 2) why after 24 hours also I have not been informed about this.
They are not bothered with customers problem. No one order medicines for timpass. they run business where in one needs to understand what customers are going through?
