Medlife's service is pathetic. First of all many times it had happened that they allow users to add medicines to their cart without actually describing its availability. And some medicines disappers from the already placed order just one day before delivery. And on enquiring they will give some useless reason. Their customer care service is the worst. They don't know how to help their customers. Their service is so bad that they don't know what they are doing or saying to their customers.For them the customer's satisfaction is the most important thing but they are least bothered about it. Also you can't add any item on the already placed order even though the order was already messed up. And if you live in small cities like non metro cities then you will face more problems regarding the delivery. Their customer service always has no clue about the package and blames on the delivery guy.
