One month back we ordered for a trolly bag under redeem scheme.while ordering we were told that the bag would be delivered in 15 days time.
But after a month when we called the customer care, the person picked up the phone assured that he would call in 24 hours after checking the status. But no response. After waiting for 48 hours when we called the customer care again, we were confirmed about the availability of the bag and given the stores phone number. When we called in the number we were told that they would call after half an hour.
But response. Again I had to call your times to talk to the supervisor. She said that the material didnot reach the store but would be delivered in 7 days time. When I asked for registration of complaint, it was not done. We also dont have any mean to reach them except through customer care, which is so irresponsible.we are frustrated.
