I recently enrolled with Med Plus online service. It is good. I can now directly purchase medicines online. No need to go a chemist shop. In our today’s hectic schedule it became very tough to go to a chemist shop to purchase medicine. I registered myself with Med Plus with this view to get the medicine delivered at my door step.
But in last November I placed an order for Protinex, and select for COD option. I tracked my order and came to know the item received at my nearest Med Plus outlet. After one day I inquired about the delivery. They replied it will take another 03 days. After five days they says sorry, the delivery would be at the next day. Then after two day I personally purchased Protinex from my another nearest drug outlet. I don’t know why they were not agree to deliver the item. If the nearest outlet had the shortage of manpower then they should tell it earlier.
But on the other hand when ever I went to there shop behavior of the staff was good. Nothing wrong with their attitude. One deficiency is that they mainly do not accept card payment below Rs. 150/-.
In case of availability of medicines I could tell you that 65 percent of major requirement I can fulfill. 35 percent of medicines which normally prescribed by the local Doctors are generally not available in this shop. Mainly Anti Bio tic, Anti Allergic, Anti Diabetic, and Onco medicines prescribed by local Doctors are not available in this shop.
I can find medicines list available from Med Plus App listing all medicines mainly from reputed Pharma companies. Sometimes doctors prescribe medicines not from reputed companies, not listed in this list.
Although I think it is better to take advice from Doctor before go for alternatives and it is also a good practice to sale drugs from reputed Pharmaceuticals.
