I have been a bit of a finicky buyer from online websites. I discovered this from Google search and ordered a huge bottle of moisturiser since more the volume, more the savings. I got this delivered through COD. Order took about 7 days to come, which is a bit high in today’s high logistics world.
However since then I have ordered many more skin care products from them. Some skin care, personal care products from abroad are offered on great discounts here. Other Indian products also have good offers than you would get anywhere in stores around. Order confirmation is prompt and the sales agents on phone are very polite.
The only problem is the delivery time. They still take about 7 days to reach in Pune. And COD works only for certain pin codes in Pune, so you have to put that pin code and later change the pin code when the customer service agent calls you for order confirmation.
I have not ordered makeup items from them though. My sister said that on one instance her eye-liner from medplusbeauty.com was bad and she returned it to them. She got money back.
I would recommend this for personal care and skin care range.
