I had placed typical toileteries order with shampoo, conditioner, hair spray and stuff. The packaging was really flimsy. They had not secured the caps of liquid items. Whole of the hair spray leaked and damaged the contents.
I called customer service, sent them mail with pics and details of damaged products. It’s been more than a month and on repeated calling they are not replacing my products. Every time they say the same thing- We have forwarded the mail to senior officials and you will just have to wait. I know they are not going to replace or refund. So rather not bang my head anymore. Please, there are much better sites around.
Do not risk your money with this one!
