I recently ordered shoes from meesho.and paid them in advance.the day when the order arrived.i was out of town.so I told the delivery boy to give it to my neighbours.on the same night when I arrive they gave me the courier.and when I opened it.there was a broken adapter inside.so I called the customer care and told them to refund my money and they said we will refund your money. Since that day it has been 18 days.but I didn’t received any refund.
