I had ordered two ordinary items for home use on 9 and 12 March and the delivery has not happened as yet!
When I place a call back request a robotic human voice responds and if I speak it goes on saying "Understood, understood understood".
This brand app is really disappointing though they have a massive range of items supposedly at budget prices. With zilch customer service I don’t recommend anyone should spend their time or money on this fake app.
A few months ago it was fine but I don’t know why its tanking and deteriorating so badly now. Much scope for improvement and professionalism needed.
