On 15.02.22, I bought aKing size top sheet via online pre-payment, and it was represented as delivered to my home on 19.02.22, when it was not. Ive called Meesho around 50 times, but they have yet to respond to my complaint. 158947828 is my complaint number.
I filed a complaint on February 19, and I followed up with customer service multiple times, but my concern has not been resolved to this date, despite numerous follow-ups.
I had a great time with Meesho, but this sort of inconvenient behaviour on your part is just unacceptable.
