This is the second time happened to me that the Megacabs driver charged more than 1000 for airport from Maratha Halli(Bangalore) even after booking online for 700/-. The customer care is simply telling that you went in outer ring road, so we can’t give refund. I don’t understand one thing, do the customer drives the cab? If the driver took outer ring road for the ride, what customer will do? This is a silly reason. All cabs go through the same outer ring road route for airport.
There is a trick behind this offer. First they want customers to book megacabs for airport ride, later they play all tricks and charge more amount. Be aware.
