Pathetic experience with megacabs in Bangalore! Booked a cab one day in advance and received a confirmation of the same. But to my surprise, there were no driver details provided even 15 mins before the traveling time. Called up the customer care, first they took 5 mins to gather details from their end and then they said there were no cabs available. Why to confirm the booking when you can’t provide cabs! It is your primary job right? Will never use their service!
