I travel a lot and inevitably has the opportunity to experience many a taxi services specially airport taxi services of various agencies. I am happy to write this review on Mega Cab Airport Taxi service.Mega Cabs have introduced, perhaps a couple of months ago, an airport taxi services. Its indeed proving to be a worthy competitors to the likes of Meru/KSTDC/Easy Cabs....Service: Immaculately professional Cabs: exceptionally well maintained: the highlight is the brand new and fresh fleet of Etios that are throttling with silent and cozy environments Billing: completely hasslefree. Except that they can introduce the credit card payments.
Directions: drivers are fully aware of the different areas. Disposition of Drivers: well behaved, firm and exudes consumer service orientation at every bit. Magazines: are provided in the cab maintenance: v good.
Differentiation: absolutely felt; worth a try and am sure one is hooked onto the real pleasuresome travel experience that is completely hasslefree.Wish: they maintain the consistency and has the capacity to continue to provide same or even better experience to the consumerWhat can be improved: reading lights in the rear side of the cab; well visible placing of the driver name plate and particulars; credit card payments; shopping guide; bottle of water depending on the weather conditions...
However the biggest challenge to them would be to help their team of drivers to unlearn and relearn to provide the best of the services consistently to the Bangaloreans; for most of the drivers are from the erstwhile EasyCabs and Meru. Another challenge would be to ensure that the drivers are kept in good humour by being fair specially in allocating of the customers, transparent bidding process for the trips etc.,
Mega’s customer service is also very good and quite responsive. But they can do much better on the website for easier posting of the feedback and concerns if any.
