Plan: 600 per month.
Speed and Data Pool: They politely refused to tell us.
Speed I get
1. on Speedtest.net: Not even 1(ONE) Mbps Download Speed, however, Upload speed is very close to 30 Mbps
2. Fast.com: Only reaches 30 Mbps Download during the night. During the day it fluctuates between 5 to 15 Mbps roughly. Upload speed is close to 30 Mbps.
Can’t even play a 720p video from Youtube sometimes. The service is HIGHLY UNRELIABLE with regarding to speeds at my location.
It appears that I am being THROTTLED aggressively as speedtest.net shows low download speeds.
A message to Consumers:
Avoid these kinds of services providers. You must get what you pay for.
