I can’t explain my frustration in few words for these guys.
I have purchased a product from their site on 14 jul 23. Same day I had submitted request for exchange. Unfortunatly, I got 1 bigger size then actual. So I want that exchange.
They said within 72 hrs our agent will collect parcelfrom you. But after 3 days of waiting I tried to call again and again. They always saying wait for 2 days.
And today is 7th of Aug 2023. I am still waiting for someone who will pick the product.
I’d like to request to all, please don’t buy anything from these people. They are fraud and cheap services.
