I am writing this review to tell you about the best polytechnic college in North India after Thapar Polytechnic in Patiala. The college is good in every aspect as I am a former student of this college and have done a diploma in civil engineering from here which is of a duration of three years . The various courses that the college offers is Diploma in Civil engineering, mechanical, Electrical, computer & Automobile Engineering and the other course is of Pharmacy. All the teachers here are very well qualified and experienced so they teach you and not force you to cram the book. The examination pattern is suct that there are 2 monthly sheduled tests and the final examination after the semester. The administration is also good there is proper dicipline in the college and mobile phones are strictly prohibited in the campus. The staaf is very supportive and helpful. There are working cctv cameras in each class for security and attendace is sent daily to the childs parents daily by message on phone. The college have two shifts one from 8-2 pm & other from 12: 30-5 pm in the evening. The only thing that is MISSING is the lack of a ground for sports activities which is the only shortcoming. But the college use the ground of the adjacent school for cricket matches . The college also takes students to educational tours in and outside the city and it is a very educative and enjoable trip. The college also helds annual meetings and functions which keeps the mind of student refreshed. The labs of the college are proper and fully equipped with latest equipments. The procedure for addmission is based on merit purpose based on 10th class. So it is a very good college for learning and where proper disipline is maintained .
