A leader is the person who guides and motivates others according to his vision. I consider hitler is one of the great man in the history. Even though I am not agree with his actions towards the jews. But he always only bother about himself. He never bothers how the other people suffer or not. We can consider him as a model for achieving our lives. It is a great thing to notice that how he manage all his subordinates evnthough he is a very short and not a born leader.
