I buy meizu m2 in november 2015. And use it. After 1 month I face some problem in handset. Its not opening. Thn I reach nearest meizu service center for it. And they treat me very bad. Thn I will tell all my problm and then they will take my phn with very difficulty.then I will go back to my home. And wait for the handset. Then after 1 month I call him for the phone.
And that time they said I will be now ok. Pick up your phone from service center. Then I reach service center. They change my phone with others hanset. Which is damaged and after seeing the handset I appeal this is not my hand set. Give my handset back. Which have no scratch or any damage. Thn they said to to company send this handset. We will do nothing. Then I dont have any choice.
Then I take that phone.and when I will check the handset. The screen of the phome goes black. And nothing is working on the handset. The I second time submit that handset and ask to repair that or give me new one. Then I go back to my home. And wait for the handset. After 2 month they call me and said your handset is now repaired. Pick it up from service center.
Then I go and pick up the handset with lots of scratch. And sell it on olx with loss. The worst service is given by meizu. So dont buy meizu company phone. You stuck if you buy it.
