Meizu hit it right out of the park this time.

6000-8000 rupees the most heated price range in smartphone nowadays. In comes MEIZU M2 priced at Rs 6999.

Build and design: == Lately I have been using many meizu phones but the one thing common between the flagship to budget is the design. To my surprise meizu is remarkably consistent in there design  language. The phone is well built  unibody design and fits well in hands with rounded edges.Power button and Volume rockers on right, USB port on bottom with speaker grill and 3.5 mm audio jack on top. ==DESIGN: 8/10.

Display and UI: The meizu m2 comes with a 720p IPS panel the colour accuracy is good the display is well lighted and on the top of the display is present a Asahi Dragontail protection. The display is good but have to admit one thing the display while my fingers on it didn’t feel as smooth as the one on redmi 2.

Coming to the UI the phone comes out of box with android 5.1 with Flyme OS 4.5 on top of it the ROM is stable and clutter free but on the flip side some may find it a bit confusing because the UX is far from stock android, gone is the three navigation buttons and present is I single home button with multiple functionality if touched it will act  as back button if pressed as a home button and if long pressed  as a lock button. The UI will take a bit time to learn but nothing will bother you much.Display and UI:7/10.

Performance:The phone is powered by a quad core mediatek chipset and I will cut the crap by saying that it is the best performing phone in this price segment. The performance also increases because Meizu has optimized this phone well.AnTutu scores are between 25k to 29k. The occasional frame drops are experienced only while high end gaming.Performance:9/10.

Battery and Camera:Battery is well optimised and gives 1 day of backup on day to day usage  camera in daylight is good the phone packs a 13MP shooter and 5MP selfie cam.The low light images are a bit noisy though but nothing troublesome.

Conclusion: Meizu M2 is a serious contender and it has all the things to be your next phone if you are looking for a budget smartphone.
