This place is just way too beautiful. The first thing that will hit you is the elegance and the decor of the place. I went to the Taj for a conference and we were taking for lunch to this place. The hotel itself is very pretty and the restaurant has comfortable seating and huge tables for big groups.
The things I ate here and loved were- Golden fried whole prawns on toast, Konjee crispy lamb, Deep fried vegetable spring rolls, Spicy lemon coriander vegetable soup. The wanton soup too is simply fabulous.
In Main course, we had Crispy fried Chicken in Shanghai Style, Pan fried snow peas with garlic and fresh red chilli. This with Fried rice, asparagus, dry scallops and egg white made a delicious combo and I loved every bite of the dish.
The dessert we had was Pan fried red bean cake with almonds. All the food was super and I think I will go here again with my family and friends.
