Yes. in our day today life we dont realize how we are reacting . how others expect to respond for particular situations. we react what we like to do, but this may irritate others, controlling our reactions is not at all easy.
but when I went through this book, myself can make realize .yes.this could be a better response to make feel others good, and satisfied.
tongue can make enemies and friends as well.
do read this book.i would rather suggest keep reading this book.to make ur way of talking impressive and sweet. last few chapters not required, you may feel repetitive.:)
