Well I reached at the hotel at 11 am. I booked 1 room online. Because this hotel has good rating in the site.
At the counter I asked for my booking number. I told them the number . They matched the number and then ask me for money . I was given them. They charged me for 1Single room with bathroo and then we go for the room . Their laggage taker boy is looking very weak. I can not handle the 2 bags. So I take one of them.
As we reach at the room I see that the room is nonAC. I asked for laggage boy. That I have booked and pay for a AC room. He said me sorry and take a side. I call the manager and said what happen with your staff I pay for a AC room . Why a nonAC room is given to me. I checked the system and said sir you booked a nonAC room. I said if you want I can see you the massage. Then I open the app and see the massage.
Then they going to understand what I want to say.
Then we enter in AC room . The bathroom is not maintained and clean well . The room is full of dirt. I ordered for a cofee. They said they dont make the cofee.
I am so unhappy with total service of the hotel.
