Nearly all coaching institutes in patna are one alike, everyone is treating student as their prime customer. Before admission you will be shown so much facilities and guidance but after 4-6 months all the things vanished and teacher and student both doesn’t take interest. Main problem are not only teachers but the coachings too leave you at the last minute. The last minute preparation are worst in these cases and students merely take interest in studies. Mentors eduserv was good earlier but as the time continued the teacher left, so much students got enrolled but management seems weak and the condition worsen. The main problem with many teachers is that they never complete the syllabus and those portions remains weak for eg: in physics teachers remains teaching mechanics but they will not teach modern physics and everyone knows it better that modern physics is a better scoring part than mechanics in exam.I think smart work is not focused in these coaching institutes rather than hard work is preffered but in today’s world smart work pays the result.
