Powering the all-new 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLE350 is a V6 engine. The GLE-Class also is available with a variety of engines including a turbodiesel, a high-performance twin-turbocharged V8 engine and a V6 paired with an electric motor in the hybrid model. Test drivers agree that regardless of the engine you choose, the GLE-Class has ample power to satisfy most drivers. A seven-speed automatic transmission is standard on all models.
