Real Cheaters.! Can’t trust.! Important is less or they will not assign when you using coupons. I am using cab daily at evening to drop in home. Meru cab app shows its available, and booked it with coupon and it shows driver number and location in app. After 10 to 15mins got the message saying, sorry for inconvinence cab is not available. I made a call to driver, he says it is assigned for me. Repeated 4 times with coupon. Bad no luck.
When I tried without coupon, I got booked and driver is calling in few minutes. Another worst thing is wallet, they have horrible app. I transfered money from bank to wallet, it takes 24hrs to update in my wallet(ha, worst). best part is I am unable to use or widraw it. when I called customer care, they have defualt template. we will look into issue.
Another cheat, they mentioned Rs. 10 per km for genie. But, they charging Rs. 12.
Cheater: Why you can’t mention in your web site, saying that coupon is less importance or cannot be used.
