Completely unreliable service

I had booked for a cab a day in advance since I was attending a corporate event in a resort off Bannerghatta road (this was CONFIRMED by them). The pick up time I had asked for was 8: 45 PM.


Meru calls me up at 8: 30 PM( 15 mins before the scheduled drop) and tells me that they do not have service in that location - IT’S JUST RIDICULOUS. Fortunately for me I had a colleague who happened to be going towards my area.


Else, I would been STRANDED there!


Please please do not promote this service, they are very callous and undependable.
