I had booked a cab from my residence to Bangalore railway station around a week or 5 days prior to my travel date to start my Christmas vacation and I got the confirmation message too. As they committed they have send the cab and driver details 20 minutes prior to the travel time but that driver’s number was switched off? so I called Meru and informed the same. Meru agreed to send a different cab which is just 1.5KM way from my home(time was 5:45 AM) even after 20 minutes the cab did not reach me. So used an alternate cab and reached station just before train leave the station.
This is not my first experience, earlier also I have experience the similar kind of incident from Meru.
I think nowadays meru do not have much cabs. Better to book with the new-comers in this business(at least in our city) like OLA, Uber x taxi for sure etc.
